Format type News Bulletin: This can be used at the Personal level or by small Organizations that would like to publish a secure News Bulletins to members in their organization.
This Web Page is made up of a Heading, which can be a Text type heading or a Graphic Image that you provide. The Heading will also show the Date that the Web Page was published, along with its unique ID. The body of the News Bulletin is made up of a number of sequential Windows/Panels, which are of the following format. Each Window/Panel is made up of an Image followed by text. They are in that order. However you don't have to have both. You can have one Window/Panel with an Image and another one with just the Text or both Image followed by Text.
.The text should be created with Libre Office Writer. This product is part of Libre Office and is free. Once you have created your text you must save it in HTML format. AbiWord is another product which has been tested and does work. However you might find it a bit limiting. No testing has been done yet with a MicroSoft Office Writer type product.
